Q: How did you come up with these questions ?
A: Well, we have tried to guess what you might ask, however we're not psychic so if your question is not answered here email us at info@fiveto.co.uk and we will do our best to tell you what you need to know. If it's a great question we will add it to the list here, immortalising your quest for knowledge for eternity or for quite some time, whichever comes first.
Q: Will your prices go down much when you have a Sale ?
A: We don't do big discount sales. Our prices are checked almost every day, (not the weekends, we need a little time off work) sometimes they go down (Great news) sometimes they go up (We don't like that) but that is unfortunately how it goes.
Q: How long will it take for my watch to arrive ?
A: We ship from a few locations globally so it varies depending on your location and where we are shipping your purchase from. Typically if you are in the UK or Europe it will be around 2-3 weeks for watches. Often it can be faster and occasionally it takes longer. We've noticed a bit of a slow down in shipping times just recently and some deliveries are taking longer than usual. Please bear this in mind when ordering as we wouldn't want you to miss an important date because your order is taking the full 32'ish days to arrive. Some of our watches are shipped from within the EU or the USA. When that is available you will see an option to choose where it is despatched from, so you can choose the nearest location that has your selected watch in stock. For instance you can choose despatch from Spain for example but only if you are in the EU. If you are in the UK please stick with the default from China despatch.
Q: How long will it take for my clock to arrive ?
A: Our clocks are shipped from the UK so if you are in the UK around 4-5 days. If you are in the EU around 7-10 Days. If you are further away email us at info@fiveto.co.uk and we will calculate a shipping time estimate for you.
Q: How long will it take for my T-Shirt to arrive ?
A: Our T-Shirts are produced in the EU so about a 7-10 days for most of the EU and the UK.
Q: I'm thirsty, when will I get my mug ?
A: If you are in the UK pretty quickly as they are made here, usually less than a week. If you are in the EU a little longer but should be less than 2 weeks.
Q: My order hasn't turned up yet, should I get in a rage and confront my Post/Mail Man (sorry person) ?
A: Try to stay calm, nobody likes to be kept waiting but sometimes international postage goes astray. Check your tracking number if you have one and see if it has any information on its whereabouts. If after a few days you can't find out where it has got to email us at info@fiveto.co.uk and we will have our very own shipping Sherlock Holmes (not his real name) deduce where on earth it is.
Q: I'm in Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the USA, can I order anything ?
A: Of course you can as long as you don't need it tomorrow ! Please bear in mind if you are in NZ or Australia the clocks are coming directly from the UK and we are a long way away from you so up to 10 working days. The watches will most likely arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. If you are in Canada or mainland USA usually 2 to 3 weeks for the watches and 8-10 days for the clocks.
Q: Some of your watches look like some other high end brand, what's going on ?
A: A few of our watches do look similar to some very expensive illustrious brands. We're not suggesting for a moment they are in any way comparable, but not everybody can afford or wants to spend £10k plus on a watch! Although you might still appreciate the design/style at a tiny fraction of the cost :)
Q: Who is Captain Kirk ?
A: The Captain of the Starship Enterprise from the popular/classic 1960's TV show Star Trek.
Q: Fatboy Slim, Jesus Jones ?
A: Apple Music, Spotify or your favourite music provider should help with this.
